When you get to Trev, hide behind Lenin's Statue for the speech then when the objective's complete bring out your K57 and try to take out the two gaurds on the left. The remaining gaurds will run round the right hand side, so you can easily take them out with the PP7. Then, on my run I strafed to the red box (where you met up with Valentin) and killed two more gaurds there, then was able to strafe straight to the helicopter. Go to the best FR spot and snipe any shotgun gaurds from there, then look for the FR and escape.

Note: there is definately an element of randomness with the shotgun gaurds so I don't know whether on my run I was lucky/unlucky.
