I have been waiting to see this screen since I was a kid. (Perfect Dark, N64) Apparently, when you turn off the console at the never-ending credits, you DON'T unlock the bonus missions and the final level never shows as complete. You need to RESET in the credits to unlock them and have it show the final level as complete. I never reset as a kid, so I never knew there were bonus levels. SO HAPPY! AFTER LIKE 13 YEARS, IT'S OVER. :D
