Still have never attempted to strafe the lock shot, used a very safe up-C into the shot. Hadn't played the level at all since getting 56 a few weeks ago, and the drop to 55 took less than a half hour of attempts. (Whereas getting from 57 to 56 took at least a couple hours.) So I guess I'm starting to see how 53 might be possible for me, but I'm definitely not looking forward to practicing that lock shot.
