I grinded about 6 hrs over 2 days
improvements have been made.
From 310.. to 236 down to 226 and my current 225
I like to split the run into 15 part

- beginning Gaurd
-tunnel guards
-barrier gates
-Alarm and gate one
-Bug
-Lock & gate 2
-alarm 2
-gate sewer entrance
-4 guards on the way/attract door guard
-control room
-5 guards rebound
-alarm 3
-door warp
-Last alarm
-stairs

I need to start strafing the entire level vs

My 225 had 2 miss on the stairs
A 5-4 boost
Bad gates
Only strafed for 50% of the level
Good first alarm
1 back boost in the tunnel
Slow bug throw
Great lock shot
Good door
Slow alarm 1 (6 misses)
Good entrance towards controll room
(Gaurds had the perfect knel down animation when running,used straight the whole way shooting the 3 wall guards
Switching to pp7 and nailing the far right and head shotting in a close pass the left Gaurd
No door open for controll room
Good controll room
But slo× exit
No hits!!!
Then it's a slow progression with only strafing mabe 60 to 70 percent of the time in an attempt to hold the perfect strafe to hit shots.. I've relized besides a hell of a lot of luck .. looking down does help avoid taking some back boosts, obuisly reducing some lag ,along side switching weapons at appropriate times
Still much to timmid to attempt box boosting but I have managed to pull it off on 3 or 4 lost runs
(Missed bug throws) while just finishing the mission trying to get the muscle memory down
Alot of work is needed to get my goal 200.


Will have my capture card up and running soon to better understand my mistakes and Improve.. yes this is probably the worst level to grind out after such a long break but ...and almost pointless as ill never be abel to even come close to the ww but this isnt about comparing myself to anyone..this is about me setting a goal and reaching it as pointless as it might be it will lead to better thing in speedrunnign other level and life. Hard work and determination will pay off.
