Feeling really bloated now, was fine after the donuts and coffee but since a pasta meal it all went downhill. Might been the milk I had with the pasta though, might also been that I need more sugar since I seem to do fine after donuts. Maybe my body doesn't have enough energy to process everything without also getting that quick energy from the sugar. The coffee I had with the donuts may also been a factor definitely since it has some acids that maybe help with digestion. I don't normally like to drink coffee with a pasta meal though but with donuts it's golden.
