I didn't make it to the 2nd elevator, it was all the way open so that's like 6- 8 seconds there that coulda been good. Then umm I wasted a few scattered seconds on stupidness.
I killed all the first guards in the hall. Then it took about 4 secs longer than usual for the guys to come to the door, so I finished the upload at 2m even or a little higher.
From then on I only wasted a few seconds. I could see maybe a 3:20 sometime soon with a good run, and luck at the end like this one. No blue guys came so I just ran without caution to the end and it was sweet.
EDIT: btw, that puts me under the 2 hour mark at 1:59:49
I've cut off 2 minutes since the last update :-D
