I figured out why 95% of my runs end in death. I was ditching the bike in the wrong place, and I was spending too long in the cave waiting for the pres. Upon doing these things differently a 3.30 hour session of frustration turned into a 20 minute session of relative success. Missed a shot on Obj 3, so this could have been a bit faster.
