Achieved in the first 15 minutes today, thanks Santa! I timed the leave with the music cue and A completed in the fade! This was a decent run and with decent hostages, but I've had many untied paces and definitely will come back for it one day.
Some tips for this level:
-Use C-Up part way up the stairs to consistently alert the first guard. I use the buoy as a visual reference.
-Get the Grenade quickly to prevent the first guard from later chasing you to the stairs after the bug throw.
-The Grenade needs to land just a bit past the lip of the door, so it's a bit of a tricky throw.
-Optimally, use 7 Phantom head shots for the takers and then a body or limb hit to prevent choking deaths.
-After the second hostage, hide behind the wall and the alerted guard will go the long way around.
-Use lookdown when luring the two bridge guards. If you hear a door open, sandbag a bit before entering so he doesn't see you.
-If the bridge hostage picks the best escape point (1 in 6.4ish), you're very likely to get at least a decent completion time.
