- this was a crummy 5-hour grind on Wednesday night, skipping dinner and running all the way to a new PB just before 10pm...
- most of my early runs were just terrible... even with good locks, I would have been 15-20 seconds over my PB... throw in bad locks and many runs were in the above 2:2x or 2:3x range...
- I did have a single 1:56 dupe shy of 2 hours in, but that was my only sub-2 minute completion for a long while... eventually, I starting getting some sub-2 minutes (several 1:58s, at least 1 1:57, a 1:59 or two), and some that would have been about that if I'd had good locks...
- I even had a run or two with amazing (pre-counter!) locks, but the early parts of those runs were awful... I think I had a 2:06 completion with my best locks ever... uggg!!!
- finally, just shy of 5 hours, I got this run (ok locks, but a good dash to get there) and I was hoping hard for a 1:55... imagine my shock when I saw the 6-second drop to 1:50!!! :)
