Can't be risking having a pointless time so better late than never! A gain of 78 points is probably the largest I'll ever get again.
Textbook, boostless run. This level is pretty fun and the time is trivial. Definitely didn't experience the confusion about pace that many others have had. 2 hours total.
Quick tips for others going for the time: for the warp, make sure you hold C-Left for a bit before letting go and make sure you don't do the flurry of inputs too quickly. Holding Z as the camera goes behind Bond also sets the timing for an easy kill. Sandbagging is also only helpful in the tape room, so be quick there before slowing down.
