So I figured out I could just wait out a fast elevator if I didn't use any lookdown.
Had quite a few 1:47s before this though. I think I will leave this here since I absolutely cannot achieve WR pace no matter how hard I try. My best run to the elevator was having it start to close when it was right at half way open.
Maybe some day I'll get crazy enough but now is not the time.
