Player's comments:
Good run. This was pretty fast, although I played quite poorly in a number of spots. I was very fortunate not to die. This is about as fast as the level can go before diving into the crazy strategies, and I recommend this run for anyone who wants sub 10.
Some tips that are less obvious:
-Always use the guard hall cutscene to load those guards. They'll be a part of the big lure, instead of them sending clones.
-I went for the big lure later than many other runs so that I could also load both guards in the document room.
-From the jail cell, the only non-patrolling guard who can hear you is the safe key guard, so it's a great spot for clearing the halls.
-There are 10 patrolling guards. 4 go through the tunnels, 4 go through the main middle areas, and 2 go through the clipboard room. Be sure to count your kills so you don't get any nasty surprises.
-Patrolling guards have worse hearing than most other guards, but if you're lucky, you might pull some into the big lure.
