Little story from yesterday how I nearly dehydrated myself in sauna. Yesterday I decided it was good idea to go to sauna while sick and also having not drank water in couple hours. While I was in sauna I managed to fell asleep couple times between throwing löylys. Being me I didn't think about it much and just went to take a shower before drinking or anything. Right as I was finishing taking the shower my head started to spin like hell and I had to take a seat on the toilet. Afterwards managed to drink from the tap, leave the bathroom and crash on the couch.
